The queen room provided a comfortable retreat, with beds and pillows that stood out as a highlight. The management and staff were consistently professional and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. However, slow elevators and poor bathtub drainage occasionally disrupted the stay, which could use some upgrades.

Clean modernized atmosphere, spacious rooms, updated fitness center
Noise disturbances from surrounding areas disrupt sleep!!! Alert management to upgrade the antiquated plumbing and fix the poorly draining bathtub!!! Consider improvements to the single functioning elevator situation, making accessibility a hassle!!!

The clean and modernized historic atmosphere was refreshing.
Our experience was truly horrifying. The fact that we had no hot water for 48 hours is inexcusable, especially when we couldn't even flush the toilet for 11 hours.

Great Comfortable Stay with Some Minor Concerns
I really enjoyed the spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds which was huge and perfect for my family. The breakfast had a solid offering with plenty of choices, including freshly made waffles which the kids loved. However, it would have been great if the elevators had operated a bit more smoothly, as they felt a little slow at times.

The location in downtown Freeport had a certain charm, especially with the historic building feel. The room itself was large, accommodating with two queen beds that provided a cozy retreat after a long day. The breakfast options were diverse, with fresh waffles being a delightful highlight for me. Staff at the front desk were responsive to needs when I asked about getting an invoice after my stay, though I left without one. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by some frustrating issues. The elevators were slow, making getting to and from my room a hassle, especially since there was only one functioning for the guests. Additionally, the bathroom had drainage issues, which made staying a bit uncomfortable. Despite these drawbacks, the beds stood out as extremely comfortable, making it easier to overlook some of the other inconveniences. Overall, this place suits my needs, but there’s room for improvement with maintenance work, especially in the elevators and bathrooms.
