I find the hotel TASTEFUL, fairly clean and the staff is great. The location is central, close to many stores and restaurants, and site restaurant. It is just walking distance from The Wagner House, where you can eat something.

Our experience was horrifying. The fact that we had no hot water for 48 hours is inexcusable, especially when we couldn't even flush the toilet for 11 hours.

Great Comfortable Stay with Some Minor Concerns
I really enjoyed the spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds which was huge and perfect for my family. The breakfast had a solid offering with plenty of choices, including freshly made waffles which the kids loved.

Stayed at hampton inn for 4 nights and loved the beds and pillows. The hotel's location is great, just a short walk from downtown. The breakfast was decent. The fitness center and pool were a plus, although the pool wasn't accessible .
